1. Application Misrepresentation

An application is considered misrepresented if it significantly differs from the description, documentation, or preview provided at the time of purchase.

If accurate and complete information regarding the application’s features or functionality was not provided, and the application is found to be misrepresented, Ai Chillies will issue a refund to the buyer.


2. Application Functionality Issues

If an application does not perform as described and the issue:

  • Cannot be easily fixed, and

  • Would have reasonably affected the buyer’s decision to purchase

then the buyer is eligible for a refund.

If the issue can be resolved, Ai Chillies will release a fix or update promptly. If the problem remains unresolved, a refund will be issued.


3. Security Concerns in the Application

If an application contains a security vulnerability that:

  • Poses a risk to users or data, and

  • Cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Ai Chillies will issue a refund.

Where possible, we will prioritize fixing the issue through an update. If the vulnerability cannot be promptly addressed, a refund will be provided.


4. Unfulfilled Support Commitments

If Ai Chillies commits to providing application support or a paid support package and fails to deliver the support as described in the applicable support policy, the buyer will be eligible for a refund of the related support fees.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances when the application or service has been accurately described, is functioning correctly, and meets stated requirements:

  • The buyer no longer wants the application after purchase

  • The application does not meet personal expectations

  • Dissatisfaction with the current feature set

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental or mistaken purchase

  • Lack of technical knowledge or skills to use the application

  • Refund requests made as a goodwill gesture

  • Issues caused by third-party services or APIs (including WhatsApp, Meta, or other providers)

  • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date


6. Authority to Issue Refunds

Ai Chillies reserves the right to issue a refund at its sole discretion, even without a formal request from the buyer.

In the event of a forced refund, access to the application, license keys, purchase codes, and any associated support services will be immediately revoked.


7. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund (if eligible), the buyer must:

  1. Submit a support ticket through the official Ai Chillies support channel

  2. Provide valid purchase details and a clear explanation of the issue

Refund requests submitted through informal channels will not be considered.


8. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed by Ai Chillies within 2 working days of receiving the valid support ticket


9. Refund Credit Timeframe

Once processed, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on the buyer’s bank or payment provider.
